As Taiwan Traders have increasingly invested in Mainland China, in April of 2005, CIFC was officially established. To accentuate the potential of China market development, CIFC headquartered in Shanghai. The initial target customers were established and interlacing those Taiwanese investors in China, whose business domain covers long trigonometry and peal trigonometry. CIFC tailor-makes all its programs to suit customers with different demands such as import, export, machinery, calculator and especially the so called three-processing and one compensation factory in southern China. The main business of Asia Sermkij Leasing Public Co. Ltd. (“ASK”) is to carry out auto leasing, installment and personal financing. The company's business grew rapidly along with Thailand's economic prosperity over the recent years. In August 2005, the company became a public listed company. Currently, ASK has its 3 subsidiaries in Rayong, Samutsakorn and Phitsanulok provinces and plans to continuously set up offices in many other provinces.
 
Bangkok Grand Pacific Lease Public Co., Ltd. (Bangkok, Thailand)
Bangkok Grand Pacific Lease Public Co., Ltd. (“BGPL”) was set up in 1989 as a joint venture with the Bangkok Bank of Thailand to provide lease and installment finance for machinery, equipment and automobiles. In 1999 BGPL began to provide factoring business to assist companies with short term financing and became a member of the Factors Chain International (FCI). Since establishment, BGPL has been providing a variety of financing services to the local Chinese community as well as businesses from Taiwan and is now one of the largest leasing companies in Thailand.
 
Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd. (Vietnam)
Chailease International Leasing Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) headquartered in Saigon was the third leasing company licensed to be granted to a foreign investor in Vietnam. The major business includes machinery and automobile financial and operating leases which facilitate mainly Taiwanese and local enterprises to acquire long-term funding.
 
Grand Pacific Holdings Corporation (GPUSA)

Under the banner of Grand Pacific Holdings Corporation are Grand Pacific Financing Corporation (“GPLA”) and Grand Pacific Finance Corporation (“GPNY”). GPLA was established in the city of Compton, California in 1984 and is currently headquartered in Monterey Park, California. In 1987, the San Francisco office was also established.

At first, GPLA and GPNY (“ GPUSA”) primarily provided small ticket leasing and financing to local clients and Taiwanese businesses. Over the years the business grew and GPUSA is now a financial company serving clients all over the U.S. Today, the business includes commercial real estate loans such as financing for real estate acquisition and financing for refurbishment and commercial properties development. The service provided covers major metropolitan areas on the East and West Coasts; the major areas of finance include commercial buildings, leased residential properties, shopping malls and multi-purpose real estates.
